Development of an online registration and check-in system.

DDFH&B is a Dublin based marketing communications company.
Project Brief
To develop a registration management solution that would efficiently meet the
needs of attendees at DDFH&B's 20th Anniversary Party.
Solution
Intrade Solutions developed a secure, user friendly and efficient online
registration system. The system recorded attendee and non-attendee numbers.
DDFH&B Administration also required the capability to make changes to any
registration records if neccessary. Intrade Solutions gave them this
functionality via our IntraPublisher solution .
In line with the development of the registration system a check-in system was
also developed and implemented at the event. Attendees where checked-in off the
underlying database of registrant records.
A database driven photo gallery was developed using IntraPublisher allowing
images of the event to be easily managed and published to the Internet.
